Note from Alfie
As you may have heard Alfie missed the June 10th performance of the ENO’ Pearl Fishers due to illness. He is recovering well and sends the message below…
“Not lost the voice, still there. Just came down with a bad flu but should be back on my feet soon. Hopefully this saturdays show. Thanks for all your concerns and messages.”

Last minute seat tonight in the Choir Stalls at the RLPO and what an investment. Carl Davies put together a tremendous programme and Alfie Boe was fantastic! The audience loved him. His rendition of We’ll Gather Lilacs was awesome a Novelloe masterpiece taken to a new level. Hope to see him again.
Heard you (and heard of you) last night at the Last Night of the Summer Proms in Liverpool. You blew the group I was with away. Collectively we thought you were sensational. I’m sure we will see more of you in the future.
