Annoying to say the least..low ticket sales and empty seats tonight - I was surprised as last year it was a sell out, however maybe some people were in the know so to speak as this really should have been called "Fiona Murphy sings....with guest appearance by Alfie Boe ! He was hardly on the stage, when he did appear it was mainly for duets! Very very disappointing to see and most importantly hear so little of the great man. When he did sing....fantastic, performed with his usual panache and polish, interspersed with humourous moments....but not enough....I won't be traveling 6hrs or paying again to see Alfie..not on the short display tonight, I paid to see Alfie not Fiona !
