Hi and welcome to the Alfie Boe website. Hope you find it all interesting and enjoy the music on here. 

Please let me take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful, beautiful and joyous new year. I can’t thank you enough for the support you have given me over the years and I promise to work hard to bring new music and song into your lives.

    First of all i would like to thank Matt Lucas for putting your Nessun Dorma on You Tube en Stefan Fry for putting it on Twitter. Otherwise i never would have known (living in the Netherlands) off Alfie Boe. What a great miss that would have been.
    I realy like your voice en enjoy listning to your albums.

    I live in South Africa and we saw the Royal Variety Performance last night. I love Les Mis and your performance was outstanding, I did a google search to find out who you were, thats how I found this site
    You showed so many emotions during your performance and I got goosebumps. Wow what an amazing voice you have.
    All the best for 2011 and my wish is that we could get a touring cast of Les Mis in South Africa, preferably with you in it.

    Since 1989 I am completely hooked with Les Misérables, with its music, its lyrics and its beautiful caracters.
    In 1995 when I first saw the 10th anniversary concert on VHS, I thought it could not be more breathtaking.
    This christmas I treated myself with the 25th anniv. DVD. I started to watch it without any expectations or prejudices and what did I receive? With all due respect to all the other great singers who have previously performed the role of Jean Valjean but YOU have added something I hardly can grasp. Your voice is truly a heaven sent gift and I am very grateful that I could hear it. I am really sorry that I haven’t heard about you earlier but take it as a promise I will follow your career from now on.

    well how fabulous are you Alfie! My son bought me your album for Christmas and I’m sure I’ve nearly worn it out already!
    I wish I had the courage to follow my dream of becoming a professional singer and there would be nothing Id like better than to sing with you someday.
    Please continue to sing and make albums I can swoon to, and I wish you and your family a wonderful New year. I hope that 2011 will be just as exciting and magical for you as the last year has been .

    Your performance in Les Mis has completely bowled me over. I remember the very earliest days at The Barbican and have followed the musical turning, turning, turning through the years! Now I’m very old, teaching young people the joy of performing and allowing their emotions to come through with the music as a vehicle. You are an inspiration to them.     I have been listening, watching and reading up on your career over christmas. I knew you briefly in your d’oyly carte opera days when you performed at the new victoria theatre in woking while I was working there in the box office. I then came (with my sister who had lost her voice!) to see you perform at Canterbury and met you after the show for drinks.
    I just wanted you to know how happy I am for you that you have come so far and to say that your performance as jean valjean is truly amazing! I am hoping to come see you perform (with my sister!) some time this year. Would be so lovely to see you again.

First saw you in Kismet and have been following you since then, came to see you in The Pearl Fishers and although couldn’t afford to come down to the o2 managed to see the performance of Les Mis at our local cinema live. I am a Les Mis fan who just loves Colm Wilkinson – you are amazing – you are the first person I have seen in the role who is fit to continue where he left off – indeed you bring your own personality to the role and you ARE Jean Valjean by right.     all the other girls in my school seem to have an obsession with Justin Bieber, but for me its your voice lol.
    i listen to your album all of the time :)
    i also love Les mis, and played cosette in our school production last year. hopefully i will be able to go see it in London when you go back in it.
