  • Oh, I wish I could be there to hear it!! Have a wonderful time, those of you who can attend!! springer308

  • Alfie \Boe is becoming a mega star but he remains so grounded I saw pics posted on facebook He is right in the thick of it Good on yah Alfie I love your down to earth approach to life Don’t ever change love. Your grimace reminded me of when you are trying to lift the cart off the guy in Act One that gives the game away to Javert I guess you weren’t acting today when tugging the rope. Sorry Les Mis cast didn’t win but Well done for effort

  • Wish I could have been there to witness this for myself. Looks like all had a great time. Great pic on facebook of Alfie giggling away whilst hauling that rope. Love the spirit of fun you all have! Don’t worry team Alfie you’ll get ‘em next time!

  • Everyone gets an “A” for effort!! Looks like all had a great time! Great job Alfie, just hope you won’t need help getting out of the bed come morning!!

  • Ah – wondered what was going on – we got there about 6pm, everyone still standing in the street. Within ten steps of the motorbike I saw Alfie Boe, Matthew Kelly and Simon Williams (on stage across the road). There’s a short bit of video on WhatsOnStage website forum.
(BTW – Lend Me A Tenor was excellent -again- last night! Can’t get tickets for Les Mis, as displayed by the huge queue at the returns counter.

  • I happened upon this when I got to town that day and was looking for the theater to be sure I knew where the Queen’s Theater was located. I had a ticket for the show on the 15th. This was a fun surprise. I offered to help Les Mis for their second try as I do have a butt built for anchoring but thought the Tenors would protest the competition having a ringer. Oh well, it was just as much fun to watch and cheer you all on.
